HEAL TOOTH CAVITIES YOURSELF AND RELIEVE PAIN QUICKLY AT HOME


In most cases, toothaches and jaw pain occur as a result of tooth cavity. The most common symptoms of tooth cavity are problems with chewing food, swelling, tooth pain, etc.

The factors that contribute to toothache are poor oral hygiene, improper brushing habits, and excessive intake of sugary and starchy foods. Therefore, in order to avoid tooth cavities, maintain good oral health, that is, brush your teeth at least twice per day and rinse your mouth after every meal.


Luckily, there are natural remedies known to successfully treat this problem. Take a look at some of the most beneficial ones:

Clove
Brush your teeth with a mixture of 2 teaspoons of clove oil and a ¼ teaspoon of black pepper powder. Moreover, you can also apply clove oil with a cotton swab onto the affected area to lower the amount of pain.

Lemon
Mix 4 teaspoons of lemon juice and half a teaspoon of asafetida powder and then brush your teeth with it using a cotton pad. Practice this method on a regular basis to avoid problems with cavities. Also, you can chew a slice of lemon with its skin or brush your teeth with lemon juice.

Onion
Apply a slice of onion onto the affected tooth. What’s more, regular consumption of onion is known to decrease tooth cavity problems.

Cheese
Consume it directly or as a part of different food products to get relief from tooth cavities.

Warm water
Brush the teeth with warm water to lower the pain and you can also rinse your mouth with warm water and salt.

Garlic
Make a paste of 4 garlic cloves and ¼ teaspoon of rock salt. Then, apply the mixture onto your teeth 2 to 3 times per day to lower the cavities. Moreover, you can also brush your teeth with garlic oil or consume garlic on a regular basis.

Wheatgrass juice
Lower the pain caused by tooth cavities by regularly consuming wheatgrass juice. Also, this juice prevents the occurrence of tooth decay. You can chew wheatgrass as well.

Mustard oil
Brush your teeth with a mixture of mustard oil and lemon juice, 2 to 3 times per day. Moreover, if you suffer from cavities, brush your teeth with this mixture 10 minutes before washing them with regular toothpaste.

Mint leaves
Put 8 mint leaves into 2 cups of boiling water and then rinse your mouth with this tonic.

Neem leaves
Chewing Neem leaves or drinking tea from Neem leaves is highly recommendable natural remedy for treatment of cavities.

Cranberry juice
Regular consumption of cranberry juice is excellent in providing relief from cavities.

Herbal tea
Consume green tea on a regular basis to lower the chances of plaque and tooth cavities. Additionally, drink tea from chamomile, raspberry, lemon juice, black currant, etc.

Cold water or ice
Add some lemon juice to a glass of cold water and rinse your mouth 3 to 4 times per day to control cavities. And, wrap ice cubes in a small towel or apply an ice pack externally near the infected tooth to relieve pain.
